COUNTDOWN TO THE WEDDING

THE BRIDE & GROOM

Groom

Stephen Paul Ambroso

I would like to thank everyone that attended our wedding. Initially we were going to invite alto more people. As time went by, however, we decided that we only wanted the closest people to with us on one of the most important days of our lives.

I hope you enjoy the peaceful environment we have chosen as our venue. This venue just so happened to be within an hour of eveyone (minus the interstate family) and is like a secluded little oasis for us to enjoy the time, slow down, relax and enjoy the company of our most favorite people in our lives.

I just want to say one last thing. I love you all and thankyou for everything you have done for Myself, Kristy and our family. We appreciate each and everyone of you for your patience, understanding, unconditional love and adive. Much Love to you all...

The Proposal

Stephen was released from prison in May of 2017. Obviously, he caught up with Patricia & Kristy. Still best friends, we felt the fresh breathe of our friendship bring a new light to our lives. All we wanted to do was help each other. Not just in life, but also we finally had that loneliness void filled again. We brought each other to life again. We talked, made plans and discussed our dreams. Not only are best friends and have been since day dot, but we were also a source of strength for each other. After a time, we decided to date, understanding the risks to our friendship if it went sour. It is this that keeps us together. Our bond had become so strong that there was only one logical step for us, our plans and our family. So, come Christmas Eve, 2018. It was nearly Christmas Day and we were chillin in the loungeroom at Trish's and Kristy comes out with a gift for me. By the shape of the box, I knew what it was and said: "Kristy, the man is supposed to propose to the woman!"
Little did she know, Trish and I had been out a week earlier and purchased an engagement ring for her. So, that night she proposed to me and, of course, I accepted. Now, I wasn't going to let her ruin it, so the next morning, once all the gifts had been given out, I dropped to my knee and asked Kristy to be my wife.

We first met when I got back from London. Brad came to catch up with me and introduce his new girlfirend, Kristy. I was on the loungroom floor of my cousins house under a blanket with another girl. As Brad introduced us, I went to shake Kristy's hand, she looked at my hand, looked at me then said "...Yeah, nah, maybe next time". In turn I looked at my hand, looked back at Brad & Kristy, laughed and said "...You're probably right. You 'n' me are gonna get along just fine!". The next 20 years peaks for itself!
